They are really cool vintage short shorts. 1980's I think. Leather laces at each side.
+ 15" across waist.
+ 9.5" long.
+ 8.5" front rise.
+ 11" across leg opening with another 1- 2" add'l stretch.
+ 2" inseam.
+ No flaws. Like new condition, because they've been well taken care of.
+ Stretch cotton and spandex.
+ Size says size 9, but sizes where smaller then. Check measurements.

How wide is leg opening?

@lmarcley5 Hi. They're 11" across. There's easily another 1-2" due to stretch.
