Vintage short sleeve dress, blue & white vertical stripes, handmade, size small

Vintage short sleeve dress, blue and white vertical stripes with white trim, handmade, size small. Fabric feels like polyester, it’s not thin, it’s comfortable. There are no tags, it is handmade from a consignment boutique. Small is my best guess, I used to be a small and it used to fit :) I’m 5’10” and it goes to my knee.
