Vintage secretary dress - size 14 - raspberry

I adore this dress, but it no longer fits. Vintage secretary dress by Henry Lee (no info on maker), likely from the late 70s early 80s. Gorgeous raspberry color with a marled textured bottom and a ruffled collar and placket. This is one piece. No info on fabric content, but the top feels like polyester and the bottom feels like it too. Maybe a blend. Small stain near the waist shown in third photo that is mostly unnoticeable and can be covered by a belt. Belt is the same material as the skirt, and backed in faux leather Measurements Pit to pit flat - 20.5” Shoulder to shoulder - 15” Waist flat - 17” Hips flat - 21” Full length Sleeves - 21” Total length from shoulder - 42” Length from waist - 25” Fits like a 14 to me.
