Vintage ruffle black mesh dress size M

Vintage made in USA vampy pull on stretchy dress. Made of polyester micromesh upper and lined. Has ruched upper lightly padded bodice with elasticated back trim, , dropped waist line, ruched side with ruffle from waistline to all way down. It is strapless but you could sew any lace or some shoulder straps if you would prefer to have it more in place:) size M stretchy excellent condition pit to pit: 14" across (stretches more) length from upper side to hem: 51 "
