Vintage reversible cape needs TLC -one size

Has two places that need repair (shown) the arm opening on one side needs to be sewn about 2 inches. And there is a tear plaid side collar in back. Both are in seams-easily fixed. Beautiful black buttons on both side of the cape. Please check picture carefully as cape is vintage and sold as is.
