Vintage refashioned Aqua sun dress with White details

This is a refashioned vintage dress and has been altered. Laid flat it measures 17 inches, 14 in the waist unstretched but stretches out to about 20, and is about 35 inches long. There are a few small rust stains on the back bodice (see pictures) and the fabric is a little knobby from age. All of the white details on the front are strongly intact and the dress has pockets of course!
