Vintage red glass and sterling cuff

This has been acid tested to ensure purity. Could use a cleaning but with older pieces I like to leave the patina to show age. This measures 5” inside cuff with a 1.5” opening. Weighs 26.25 grams. The only damage is a slight chip on one of the red stones, see photo. Unsigned. I believe it’s probably 1940s era but I can’t be 100% sure of that.
