Vintage real leather suede jacket

Vintage jacket picked up in Alaska seems to be from a boutique in New York. Genuine leather. Suede in great condition for vintage. Small spot in bottom left seen in picture. Really cool piece stitching and cut are amazing. It says size 5/6 I have no idea what that means I’m a solid 4 in jackets and it fits me like a glove. So sad to see it go but I never wear it hopefully someone else appreciates this piece as much as I do!
