Vintage purple blazer jacket

this vintage blouse/jacket was purchased from a local boutique in Savannah. This specific piece needs some work on the shoulder design because of the feathers, but you can take them on or off. The feathers are just an add on with velcro and they are removable! You can also remove the velcro sewed into the shoulders ad well if you wanted. this top is so beautiful it just doesn't fit me anymore. size 8
