Vintage promo 80's-90's STL rain poncho jacket

Vintage 1980's St Louis Cardinals (Chevy-kmox) Promo Rain Poncho Quarter Zip. #1 Ozzie Smith aka The Wizard. Is a vinyl type material and is used but still in fair condition.  I tried to document any issues I noticed. I personally got this jacket at the gate of an stl game my dad took me to when I was probably no more than 10yo. I'm 41 now if that tells you anything.
