Vintage pottery La Menora Talavera Spanish Folk Art dinner bell

Very unique Folk art peasant woman dinner bell made in Spain. Vintage pottery La Menora Talavera Spanish Folk Art dinner bell. Stands approximately 6” tall and 4 1/2” wide at the base. Basic colors are blue and off white. Excellent condition, no chips or cracks noted but there are Some makers marks and glaze bubbles noted, see pictures. Some dark lines around the neck but it appears to be in the clay (see pictures). Inside you can see a very Faint marking that says “1976” (see pictures).
