Vintage peplum polkadot top

Vintage light blue polkadot top by Just Ducky. The peplum has a lot of flare, and the front buttons like a double breasted blazer. Has shoulder pads. Size 14, measurements are flat and approximate: pit to pit 21.5", waist 16.5", shoulder to hem 24.5". It is in great vintage condition from a smoke free and dog friendly home.
