Festival, paneled maxi skirt w/ elastic drawstring waist. Top and every other layer is a navy royal blue layer of lined lace. Abstract animal patterns, great w/ denim to wear as boho, Western. Vintage. Cotton. Waist is 15” before stretch and top to bottom 34” to ankle. No wear or flaws of any kind.
