4 sets. Custom made, lined. 4 toppers included. 2 are 52x41. 2 pair are 60x40. 4 windows to be covered by curtains in total. Taken down so will need to be steamed or ironed. Moving so no iron or ironing board here so will reflect in price. Hardware not included. Toppers off hardware is 80 inch long flattened.
