Vintage musical porcelain horse carousel

Vintage musical porcelain horse carousel on a rocking horse base. Excellent Condition. I believe this is all hand painted. This has great detail with many colorful flowers and baby pearls on both sides of the horse as well as the base. The base is also a Rocking-Base. I don't see any chips or anything broken. The music plays by just turning the knob on the bottom. It also has a brass designed pole in the center. On the bottom it reads, PAT. # 5571979 U.S.A. It measures 9" High x 7" Wide.
