Vintage mini bag - maybe handmade

I am not sure what this vintage bag is made of. It is a hard bag and looks like weaving either out of paper or a colored material. Bric brac design around the edges. Wooden handles afixed with ribbon. One large opening. Flower on outside is made from natural materials with a button center. Cute and unique.
