Vintage mid century art glass with handmade beaded flowers

This is a beautiful mid century art glass with hand made seed bead flowers in yellow with green leaves set into florist foam. It is 4'' tall and 3 1/2'' wide. The glass is blue and clear with a ground bottom. I don't see any damage, no chips or cracks in the glass. The floral foam is old but still holding.
