Vintage metal silver bag

Please look at the pictures this bag needs polish and as you see, it has a section that is peeled on the backside. The curve on one of the edges is not a break. It’s part of how it was constructed. Measures 6.5 x 4.25 and the baseis a little more than 2 inches but the top is only 1 inch. Chain drop is 23 inches.
