Vintage Majolica H & R Johnson English bird tiles, greenfinch and bullfinch, in good vintage condition with some wear, minor marks or scuffs, minor wear around the edges, crazing throughout, no major chips or cracks.
Measures about 8” by 8”.

Are there any chips, cracks, flea bites, or other damage to either tile? Do you know approximate age?

@mpetray no major damage, but chipping around the edges. If you look at the close up of the greenfinch tile in the top left corner there is a small chip, that is the biggest chip, most visible on the front. These were originally in frames that I had to remove due to damage, they had a date when the were framed of 1956 so they are at least that old.
