Vintage look alike flapper dress

It’s a vintage dress made to look like a flapper dress. It has a tag if you want me to name the brand. Has a side zipper and button closure on the neck. I’m 5’9”, and my measurements are 30 in chest, 29 in waist, and 40 in hips. Fits like a small & is tight on my hips but loose in the bust so I would say it’s a small/size 4 ish
