Vintage l’etoile by Pam rhinestone bag Aus…

There is some minor plating damage on top of bag (shown). However if I was going to keep bag I would change the strap which is color damaged (I did not try and clean but I fear that plating may be gone but is still wearable). The bag also says The Bag Center Brooklyn NY where I think was the name of a store where bag was purchased.
