Vintage, burgundy, tooled leather  wallet or  billfold. The intricate artwork appears to feature a design with two birds and Chinese characters.  The item is made of leather with outstanding tooling artwork. The Chinese characters in the center of the design are (Shuāng Fèng Fēi), which translates to "Two Phoenixes Fly". The item is a vintage accessory with minor wear.
