Vintage lacquered Nautilus jewelry ~ music box from Japan

Gorgeous vintage combination jewelry & music box. Rectangular shape with navy blue lacquer finish and metallic gold piping around seam at hinged opening, as well as forming decadent swirls around a creamy nautilus shell on top. Box opens to reveal a mirror & large and several small compartments for jewelry, etc. Crank on bottom of box turns to produce a mechanical tune; I believe the song is called Fascination.
