Vintage keyhole back blouse & Skirt set

I found this gorgeous set at an estate & snapped it up hoping it would fit me! But alas! It’s too narrow in the shoulders for me! It doesn’t have a size tag I can find but fits like a women’s 10/12 (the material is chiffon so it does not stretch) I’d wear the tie in my hair ;) Sheer in the light so some might want to wear a slip. also I cannot sew & I found the skirt has a small seam rip that anyone with sewing experience could patch in like 2 minutes. She just needs a good home!
