Vintage inspired dress

Vintage - inspired cap - sleeved mustard yellow dress. Falls just above knee to lower thigh. Pleated bottom skirt. Fully lined. Zip back. Comes with belt and had belt loops but can take belt loops off as well. Has same colored polka-dot in fabric. Fits like a regular size Medium. I usually wear size 4 in women's dresses. Only worn once.
