Vintage handmade cream felt apron skirt with pink cutout galloping horses. Barbie core colors, very whimsical, great over sweet lolita JSKs. Note some water stains and horses don’t lay flat. Such a cool piece! Shown on size 8 with room to spare in the waist tie; should work from about 0-12 or can add extenders onto the ties for plus sizes.
