Vintage handmade embroidered child dress/top/swimsuit cover up see measurements

Vintage handmade item which could be used as a dress or swimsuit cover-up for a baby or as a top for a young child. The fabric is sheer so it is perfect for layering. White sheer fabric with hand embroidered flowers and trim. Keyhole at neck. Due to the delicate, gauzy nature of the fabric there are a few very small pulls (all shown in last few photos) but otherwise great gently worn vintage condition.
