Vintage hand painted roosters wooden serving tray

We believe this to be Mexican, circa 1930’s? The paint is incredible, with only slight ‘scratches’ on the bodies of the roosters. Hmm, wonder how that happened? The wooden edge portion of the tray has some marks here and there, indicating it’s age. Regardless of it’s heritage, this 12-1/2”x 17” survivor is still a unique piece. None like it out there!
