Vintage hand painted Delft Sailboat & windmill Rustic ashtray from Rotterdam

This charming vintage ashtray, sourced in Amsterdam, hails from the Dassenhuis “Milano” restaurant, which was located in Rotterdam. Dating to the 1940s-1950s. It features a classic hand-painted and numbered Delft blue and white scene of a sailboat on the water, with a windmill in the background. The detailed brushwork and traditional style are hallmarks of this Dutch pottery. This would make an excellent decor piece or catch-all for a Delft lover. This item is in authentic vintage condition with visible signs of use, which contribute to its unique character. It has several small corner chips of glaze loss, as pictured, consistent with its life in a restaurant.
