Vintage hand embroidered linen table cover with hand crocheted edge.

Elegant quality linen fabric hand embroidered with birds and flowers. Made in the 1940,-50’s, in very good condition features two birds in blue and the other two are golds and brown, Approximately 32 1/2 in.square in size, the table cover has crocheted cotton trim. The high-quality linen used has a lovely sheen and the embroidery floss, although it is cotton, is of such fine quality it appears to shimmer. This charming table cover will bring a touch of spring wherever it is used. I recommend hand washing, air drying and steam pressing on the wrong side like any fine linen.
