Vintage green floral pleated mini dress with adjustable buttoned straps, militar

Lovely vintage mini dress in cotton blend, deep vibrant green with dark blue floral print, pleated. No tags on item so I assume this was stitched at home. Purchased at vintage store in Austin. Military style silver buttons all the way down the front and pleated flirty skirt! Buttons to adjust straps too so this can be worn on top of a blouse too with a layer underneath. Has pockets!!’ Sad to part with this ; no longer fits. No sizing indicated but this is about an xs/s, waist 27/28. Happy to offer more measurements upon request. Gently loved!
