Romantic ruffled gray women's top with embroidered details and double breasted mother of pearl buttons. Vintage from the 1960s or 70s - Emmanuelle Khanh was a prominent French designer from that era and this is quintessential retro French girl style. No fabric or size tags but see measurements in pics - I wore it when I was about a size 4 up top and it feels like cotton gauze.
