This is a fabulous vintage piece and as much as I'm in love with it, the bust is just way too big. It deserves another home! The material is see-through and floral and the underlay is sleek to the touch. The brand is Bill blass. The bust area is a good 15 inches. The waist measures 13 inches. The length is roughly 40 inches. It's so pretty 😍
