Vintage geometric design vest. Hartzfeld Kansas City on tag. Small in sizing-

Vibrant vest with geometric patterns in multiple colors. Very cool vintage piece. Tag is Hartzfeld Kansas City- dry clean only. No pockets. Awesome condition but for a few holes on inside lining. Very heavy fabric. No idea of size- it is small- I am a size 8 and can wear it but front doesn’t close together if that makes sense. Measurements: pit to pit with front touching - see pic is 16” . Waist is about 17”. I would put this at a size 2-4?
