Vintage framed Santa Christmas chromolithograph print

Vintage Christmas art, beautifully framed in a goldtone frame and matted with a Florentine border with shimmery gold detail and covered in glass. On the back is a label that says, "Santa chromolithograph printed early 1900s." Artist signature in lower right of image, but I can't make out the name. The image depicts Santa Claus, with a sack full of toys, filling stockings in front of a fireplace. Wired on back for hanging. Small amount of paint loss on top edge of frame (see last photo). This is a charming piece of holiday decor in overall very good vintage condition.
