Vintage "for City Girl" Midi Red Faux Leather Skirt/Asymmetric/Women’s Medium

lay flat approx measurements: 14.5" waist. 37" length. 20.25" hip. small mark (0.2cm) front upper hip area - possibly a burn mark? I'm not able to read the label at all so material type is a total guess. The inside of the skirt has a velvety feel while the outside has a shiny, plastic-y feel. size is also a guestimate based on measurements of a 29" waist. back zip with button closure plus elastic to both sides of zipper.
