Gorgeous 90's vintage dress Fit and flare dress with attached pleated skirt Round neck with 5 buttons and blue trim faux chest pockets It has a puff and Long sleeves with cuffed buttons very good condition, no flaws Dark blue with tiny white flowers as well as purple and it has hints of green, red, and yellow flowers It does not have a tag, maybe it was handmade? The fabric is silky although it does not feel like silk, maybe polyester? Measurements are comparable with Size Medium or Large pit to pit 21", waist 18", sleeves length 18", and the total length from shoulder to hem 45" Good condition, with no flaws although it had an attached belt which was removed and it has a very unnoticeable sign at the left seam's waist
