Vintage floral Vine Toile cotton fabric 53” x 27” Yorkguard finish

Vintage red, green and tan Vine Toile printed cotton fabric I believe this is 100% cotton or a cotton blend, material and maker are not indicated. It’s Interior Designer fabric, amazing for home decor designs Medium-weight Yorkguard soil & stain repellent. This gives a nice sheen to the fabric which isn’t fully coming across in the pics except somewhat in the last pic Clean preowned condition, two white very small spots were found, please see ruler pic, this has not been pre washed, so those may lift out.
