Vintage fish skirt

Super cute vintage skirt! Blue with colorful fish and seaweed, perfect if you love sealife and want to dress like miss frizzle. I think it would be perfect for a science teacher, marine biologist, or anyone who loves aquatic life and the ocean. It has satin lined pockets! Cute pleats in the front. Condition: It was hardly ever worn so overall very good condition. Zipper is a little tight but works fine. It has a few white spots on the front but I think they would come out in the wash, I just haven't tried since it is a bit too small for me. Brand is Jos A. Bank. Labeled size 14, but that is in vintage size, in modern size I'd say probably closer to a 6 if worn at the waist. Approx small to medium. Material tag is faded away but I think it must be all cotton since there is no stretch. Measurements in photos.
