Vintage felt doll Man squash pumpkin contest judge Klumpe Roldan Nistis gift

Wonderful Vintage Klumpe Roldan Nistis felt doll man with green pumpkin/squash. I believe this is supposed to be a judge of perhaps a pumpkin growing contest, since the pumpkin is so large, but honestly I am not sure. His mustache is slightly askew which I think is intentional to emphasize his bewilderment to the size of the pumpkin. He measures about 9 inches tall while lying on her side. Made in Spain. Overall I think he is in great condition. I thnk he can be manipulated somewhat...the metal armatures that were used are quite stiff, so I am not sure how much his position can be changed. I have not seen another like him. He does not have any makers labels as these were mostly stapled to clothing or came with a hang tag.
