Vintage feather cowl

Incredible colors from mossy green to yellow and gold. Velvet ribbon. Can be worn at neck or as a head band for total drama. A friend purchased this in Paris for me as a gift but I’ve never had an occasion to wear it. Stored carefully for many years. Ask any questions!
