Vintage electric American Beauty iron red lucite

American Beauty iron Art Deco Am. Electrical Heating Co Detroit Circa 1940 – 50’s Chrome, Bakelite knobs, red Lucite handle. All original, complete with original cord.About 9 1/4 X 4 ½ X 4 ½ inches. An early Elec. and sure lives up to it's name! CONDITION: The mica? Glazing over the dial has started to peal, top of the back side of handle shows slight heat discoloring and, overall in very good condition. (I plugged it in and it started to get warm, but I would replace the cord before using.)
