Vintage ebony black amethyst glass cookie jar / biscuit jar with fruit decal

Vintage 1930’s hard to Find ebony black amethyst glass cookie jar with fruit decal. Cookie jar is in very Good Vintage condition. There Is One small chip under The lid (see pictures) but almost Not noticeable when the lid is on. The jar measures about 8 1/2" tall with the cover in place x approx 6” wide. The design is worn and shabby but the glass itself looks very good. The design on the front can easily be removed from the glass. It can either be left plain, or repainted with the design of your choosing. Either way, this piece is beautiful! The black glass is hard to find.
