Vintage ‘development’ - XS wool crop top

Old school designer - label was ‘development’. This is a wool crop top from about 20 years ago. Bought from NYC boutique store ‘Intermix’. Vibrant red with applique of shiny black flying birds (geese?). Super cute with detailed stitching on cropped sleeve caps. It’s is 16” in length. It’s been washed and dried in it’s life - how it became a cropped T, haha... / Still in perfect condition. Sized Small on label, but it’s now XS.
