Vintage designer long black sleeveless mock turtleneck slinky sheath dress

Pretty great designer dress! 90’s or early 200’s is my guess on this one. Delicate snaps on left shoulder are hidden to get the mock turtle look. Wider sleeve for just a bit of roundness on the back. Seam in back is diagonal. I’m saw someone say it was so that you could twist the skirt for more drama across the middle of the dress. The hem needs a bit of stitchwitchery in the front, but this dress it totally worth the effort! Approximate Measurements: Pit to Pit- 17” Shoulder to hem - 50”
