Vintage decorative crab style office bell hotel counter reception bell teacher

This is a really cool crab shaped bell. It is missing the top rounded piece that you push down, but you can still push down the screw piece and the dangling piece on the inside hits the side of the bell. The bell part that looks like a crab shell does have some spots where the paint is coming off, which you can see in the photos. It is approximately 8X8X6.
