Vintage daisy crop button front short sleeve shirt black white yellow check

This vintage short sleeve crop blouse has daisies printed on a black and white check. Threads on the sleeves are pulled- please see the last two photos. The tag is difficult to read, but the fabric is 100% polyester. The blouse was made in the USA. The tag also says medium, but please see measurements below: 15“ seam to seam at shoulders 18“ pit to pit 19-1/2“ long
