Vintage custom-made, mid length jacket

Originally purchased from a consignment shop in New Orleans. No tags or labels. Material is soft and light. Works over a cocktail dress in the spring/summer or with jeans or slacks in the winter. I’m 5’3 and the sleeve length and overall length are a good fit! Buttons are hidden on the inside for a seamless look. Shoulder to shoulder- 16” Length collar to bottom- 33” Sleeve length- 22”
