Vintage cobalt art glass swan bowl

Brilliant cobalt blue pulled glass swan bowl in excellent vintage condition. Initially I thought this might be Murano or possibly Viking glass but I don’t believe that is correct. Instead I think it is the somewhat obscure USA maker, Sooner Glass. It does have air bubbles throughout the piece, from production. Also does have light scratches in places but I found no cracks or chips after close inspection. Please be aware that this is a vintage piece so please ask all questions prior to purchase.
