This is a beautiful vintage piece . that Bow is a black cloisonné inlaid i with rhinestonesThe belt itself is a silver metallic with a little bit of stretch to it you could probably get another 2 to 3 inches from my measurements. This is just a beautiful piece the bow is fairly heavy. In excellent condition
